Mudlick Valley Raceway’s Fall 40 Pays $10,000-to-win on October 4 for Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series

WALLINGFORD, KENTUCKY (September 30, 2025)—The Third Annual Fall 40 will take place on Saturday October 4 at Mudlick Valley Raceway in Wallingford, Ky. The $10,000-to-win event will feature the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series fueled by VP along with the final events of the Battle of the Bluegrass DIRTcar Series presented by Slicker Graphics & Shane Bailey Racing plus the final event of the mini-tour known as the Valvoline Weekend Allstars. The weekend’s events at Mudlick Valley Raceway will be presented by Greentree Forestry Service of Wallingford, Ky. & Big Blue Outdoor of Flemingsburg, Ky.

During the thrilling 2024 Fall 40 event, Josh Rice of Crittenden, Ky. took home the $10,000 prize over Derek Fisher, Freddie Carpenter, Jason Jameson, Kenneth Howell, Ryan Missler, Rod Conley, Luke Morery, Rusty Schlenk & Seth Daniels. During the inaugural running of the Fall 40 back in 2023, R.J. Conley of Wheelersburg, Ohio was victorious in the $10,000-to-win event over Tyler Erb, Drake Troutman, Greg Johnson & Zack Dohm.

On Friday October 3, the track will host an open practice session for all divisions from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm in preparation for the Fall 40 event on Saturday.

On Saturday October 4, the pits will open at 12:00 pm, the grandstand gates will open at 3:00 pm, the drivers meeting is slated for 6:00 pm with hot laps and qualifying to follow. In addition to the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series, the KDRA Super Stock Series presented by Todd Steel Buildings will race 20 laps for $1,500-to-win while the Crown Vics will compete for $800-to-win and the Sport Mods racing for $500-to-win.

The tire rule for Mudlick Valley Raceway on October 4 will be: Fronts & Left Rear: Hoosier NLMT 2 & NLMT 3. Right Rear: NLMT 2, NLMT 3 & NLMT 4. The entry fee is $50 for this event and tow money is $75 for any car not making the field of 22.
