Eighth-place finish at Boyd's Speedway

Making his lone start over the Fourth of July weekend, Tyler Millwood visited Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Ga.) on Friday afternoon for the Valvoline Iron-Man Southern Series-sanctioned Stars and Stripes Showdown. With 23 Late Models entered, Millwood locked his spot into the $5,000-to-win A-Main with the fourth-fastest time in his qualifying group.
