Valvoline Iron-Man Visit to Lake Cumberland Now Worth $7,500 on May 14

BURNSIDE, KENTUCKY (April 26, 2022)—Officials with Lake Cumberland Speedway in Burnside, Ky. have announced that the Saturday May 14 date featuring the Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Southern & Northern Series will now pay $7,500-to-win. Wayne’s Auto Repair of Somerset, Ky. has added to the purse by sponsoring the 40-lap feature event. Start money has also been increased to $500.

The May 14 date will not only feature the ground-pounding Super Late Models of the Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Series, but the Brucebilt Performance Parts Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified Series will join in the action racing 25 laps for $1,500-to-win.
