Jason Jameson Tops Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series 18th Annual Ike Moler Memorial at Moler Raceway Park

WILLIAMSBURG, OHIO (August 15, 2025)– The Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series Fueled by VP Racing Fuels returned to action on Friday evening at Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, OH for the 18th Annual Ike Moler Memorial and Jason Jameson of Lawrenceburg, IN would lead all thirty laps of the event on his way to the $5,000 victory. It would be Jameson’s fourth career win in the Ike Moler Memorial event.

The win by the 40-year-old Jameson would be his second of the season with the tour and his fifth career Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series victory. Jameson drives the James Rattliff owned Longhorn Chassis powered by a Clements Race Engine with sponsorship from MGL Auto Sales, Grant Lee Farms, JRR Motor Sales, Keltner Contracting, JRR Trucking, The Auto Outlet, and Antonio’s Pizza Pub.

Jason Jameson would take the lead at the start of the 18th Annual Ike Moler Memorial main event, with Josh Rice, Rusty Schlenk, Colten Burdette, and Adam Stricker second through fifth. Stricker would take fourth Burdette on lap two and two laps later, Stricker took third from Schlenk on lap four. Jameson would catch the rear of the field and start lapping slower traffic on lap seven. Rice would close the gap on Jameson as the pair would begin to battle in lapped traffic. Jameson would get some clear track and again put some distance back to Rice, while Stricker would close in on Rice and the duo would begin to battle for the second position. The only caution of the event would appear on lap twenty-one when second-place Rice would slow in turn three and pull off the track and would not return. Jameson would control the lead on the restart, with Stricker, Schlenk, Burdette, and James Rice now giving chase. Jameson would open a comfortable lead, while James Rice would snag fourth from Burdette on lap twenty-three. Jameson would catch the rear of the field again on lap twenty-seven, but would go unchallenged the rest of the way and take the victory. Stricker would finish second, with Schlenk taking third, while James Rice and Burdette completed the top five. The remainder of the top ten finishers were R.J. Conley, Clint Keenan, Rod Conley, Steve Peeden, and Michael Leach.
